Enrolment – September 2021

The information below is only for students who have already received an offer of a place to study with us in September.  

If you have not yet applied and wish to do so, please contact the college office direct.

ENROLMENT DAYS:

Thursday 12th August (10.00am – 1.00pm)

Friday 13th August  (10.00am – 1.00pm)

 

Please Note: we have a designated email address, which we would ask you to please use for anything to do with enrolment, as other Inboxes may not be monitored regularly during the holidays:

In order to confirm your place on a course at the Oakes College for September 2021 and to ensure that all students can do so safely, we are offering enrolment on site.  All Government guidelines have been followed to ensure your safety, to minimise contact with others and reduce queuing.

Students from Bottisham, Linton and Sawston Village Colleges will also be able to enrol at their respective schools on Thursday 12th August.  There will be a representative from The Oakes College available to answer any queries and complete the enrolment process.  

 

Students must ensure they have EMAILED the following documents by the end of day on FRIDAY 13th AUGUST:

  • A complete and legible copy of their STATEMENT OF RESULTS (ALL students)

  • A complete and legible copy of our EXAM RESULTS FORM (Not required for students at Netherhall School)

  • A complete and legible copy of our ADMISSION FORM if not previously submitted (Not required for Students at Netherhall School)

Please complete and bring the following Covid-19 LFT consent form with you on the first day of term:

Examination Results Form (non Netherhall students only):  Please complete and bring this form along with your Statement of Results to one of the above Enrolment Days.

College Subscription:  
When students enrol with us the college asks for a subscription of £40.


Financial Assistance: 
16-19 Bursary Award and Free School Meals information.


Exam Access Arrangements: 
  If you have received Access Arrangements at your current/previous school/college, please complete and return the form on the Exam Information section of our website.


SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disability):  
Students who have Special Educational Needs as identified within the SEN Code of Practice (2015), or who have received support at their current/previous school or college, should complete and return the form on the SEND section of our website.
