The course delves into the content of several criminal and civil law topics, as well as exploring the nuances of the English legal system. One of the key benefits of studying A-level Law is the development of an analytical and logical mindset. The skills and knowledge gained by studying A-level Law opens doors to studying a broad range of subjects at university and gives students a real insight into the rules governing the world around them.
Entry Requirements:
7 Higher Grades
- It is preferable that students achieve a Grade 6 or above in at least one of their English GCSEs or alternatively, in a humanities/essay based subject
- Grade 4 (or above) for Maths
- Grade 4 (or above) for other GCSE subjects
- 1 BTEC (or equivalent) at Merit (or above) may be included within the 7 grades
